KATE BENSON is the director of two companies. She founded META in 1999 to run programmes at the leading edge of NLP. Kate is the International Director of Education for the Society of NLP and a Licensed Master Trainer of NLP. She is an internationally recognised trainer in the field of Teaching and Learning. As a Director of Matrix she has worked for the past 14 years developing and delivering a wide range of courses focusing on supporting teaching and learning, mainly for the post 16 sector She is a specialist in teaching learning using NLP, accelerated learning, raising achievement and dealing with challenging behaviour and trains 2,000 people a year to reach their potential as teachers, trainers and managers. She has a degree in Law, is a qualified counsellor and Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufacturing and Commerce (RSA). She is the author of a number of publications and is currently writing a book on NLP and learning.
