As a Breakthrough Coach my focus is on the real issue behind the issue, the root cause, the underlying cause which when removed allows all the others problems to disappear as well. This is a thorough process – a little bit like a Spring clean! In the stressful society we live in, I believe we can help ourselves immensely to remain happy and stress free by taking control of our own lives, our thoughts and focus and choose how we approach our challenges in life. I have a passion for helping others clear away their issues, change thought patterns and allow themselves to live their lives according to their true authentic selves. From this place we can remain happy, peaceful and have joy in our lives – every day, whatever the weather!
I have been successful, both in my native country of Norway and here in Britain, in breeding and showing pedigree Rough Collies. In my life with dogs I have also been fortunate to officiate as a judge in several countries and to combine my passion for photography with my passion for Collies. I genuinely believe the qualities required to achieve the top of any chosen interest or profession is inherent in everyone – it just sometimes needs a little help to ‘come out’! Success is a state of mind. I love to assist others in reaching their goals and dreams – whatever they may be. Let your dreams be in your reality…not just in your dreams!
I work in Winslow, Buckinghamshire, near where I live with my husband and 5 year old son Oliver. I offer coaching in Competition and Performance Coaching and relationships and family development.
